Felixery Shop Policies

Custom Work:
I enjoy creating something unique to you that tells a bit of your story. We can renovate an heirloom to make it suitable to your being or we can start fresh creating your own heirloom to pass on for generations.
We will establish the design, timeline and cost to create your perfect piece.
Shipping:
Items labeled “Ready to ship” and “One of a Kind” are in stock and will be shipped within 3-5 days of payment.
Made to order items will ship within 3-4 weeks of payment clearing.
Customized & custom orders: we will discuss design, cost and a proper timeline will be given based on my order queue.
All items are shipped Priority Mail. Priority Mail shipping is $9.00. This allows you to have a tracking number and insurance up to $50.00. Contact me prior to shipping if you would like more insurance. Larger orders may have greater costs. Please contact me should you require a faster shipping option.***
International Shipping
Delivery times vary for any shipment outside the US. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not able to estimate these costs.***
***Please note once an order is shipped it is considered out of my hands. I will do what I can to help locate the missing package but Felixery is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen in transit. I have only had a package go missing once, we found it and found it was due to an incorrect address provided. Please double check the information you provide me.

Returns will be processed (minus shipping cost) when the item has been returned to Felixery. The buyer will assume all shipping costs and provide a return tracking number.

Custom orders and sale items are final sale.

Felixery is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered by USPS.
Repairs:
Defects due to workmanship will be repaired at no cost within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days regular repair costs will be assumed by client.
Jewelry Care:
It’s completely natural for sterling silver and other precious metals to oxidize and patina over time.
Some tips to slow the process: Number one wear it! If not, store it in a dry place. Bathe with warm soapy water. Dry off and brighten it's shine with a soft polishing cloth.
Avoid interaction with harsh chemicals found in hot tubs and cleaning products.
If you’re unsure in any situation, we suggest taking your pieces off and storing in a safe, dry place.
