Artist Sarah Flicek creates hand hewn jewelry using tradition metalsmith techniques from her home studio in Delano, MN where she resides with her three boys and pup Lovely Luna. Every item is hand made with love and care so there may be slight variances in your piece from the picture. Each order will be packaged with care ready to gift.
Shipping:
Items labeled “Ready to ship” and “One of a Kind” are in stock and will be shipped next business day, excluding holidays.
Other items listed will be made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks prior delivery.
Customized & custom orders: we will discuss design, cost and a proper timeline will be given based on my order queue.
All items are shipped Priority Mail. Priority Mail shipping is $8.00. This allows the buyer to have a tracking number along with insurance up to $50.00. Larger orders may have greater costs. Please contact us should you require a faster shipping option.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary for any shipment outside the US. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not able to estimate these costs.
Exchanges & Returns:
Please contact me immediately if something is not quite right with your order.
Non custom orders may be returned or exchanged within 5 business days of the marked delivery. The items MUST be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. Buyer will assume all shipping costs and provide a return tracking number. Returns will be processed (minus shipping cost) when the item has been returned to Felixery.
Custom orders and sale items are final sale.
Felixery is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered by USPS.
Repairs:
Defects due to workmanship will be repaired at no cost within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days regular repair costs will be assumed by client.

Some tips to slow the process: number one wear it! If not store it in a dry place. Bathe with warm soapy water. Dry off and brighten its shine with a soft polishing cloth.
Avoid interaction with harsh chemicals found in hot tubs and cleaning products
If you’re unsure in any situation, we suggest taking your pieces off and storing in a safe place
